A form I use the database, and to perform information management is common now I make documents with a PC or and the work in the office exchanges information by an E-mail. It depends on the spread of package softwares (office suites) that it is easy to treat in this, and the place where a PC is used for each white-collar worker depending on a business condition is common. There are many places to turn the documents to in form of the electronic data in the office.

However, the administrative computerization does not advance, and the electronic application is still seen in even the case which added to the complexity of the procedure substantially in Japan (remarkable for passport application). In addition, there are the circumstances that a seal is still used for as certification means, and there are the circumstances "that digital data can tamper with plenty" in this neighborhood, and there is the complete part which it is hard to computerize. On this account when I promote computerization more, it is said that development and adoption of certain personal certification means are indispensable, and the information management in the form that seems to be biometrics authentication is pushed forward.

On the other hand, there is the problem in security represented by a personal data leak, and these prevention / measures are indispensable. The spread of computer networks in particular let diffusion of the information become observableness, but, in parallel with technical technique, the policy such as the review of the duties system is demanded.
